Pricing FAQ

Is the Free plan really free? What's the catch?
No catch. The Free plan is free forever for one user, with no time limit and no credit card required. We make money on the Pro and Team plans — solo operators using the Free plan are how we build word-of-mouth, and we'd rather have a million happy free users than a few paid users who feel squeezed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings. Your access continues to the end of the current billing period; no refunds for partial periods, but no charges going forward either.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. ACH for annual plans on Team and Enterprise.
Do you offer a free trial?
Team plans include a 14-day free trial. Pro is straight subscribe — no trial — because at $39/user/mo it's already priced to fit comfortably into a regional manager's monthly budget.
What if I have a small team that doesn't fit Free or Team?
If you have 2–4 users, the Pro plan is per-user — so 2 Pro users is $78/mo. That's the right shape for small teams who want individual logins but don't yet need shared territories or reporting. When you grow into the Team features, you upgrade.
Do nonprofits or small businesses get a discount?
The Free plan is meant to cover most truly small operations. If you're running a registered 501(c)(3) and the Pro features would help your mission, email us at support@regionpilot.com and we'll work something out.
Will my price ever increase?
If we change pricing in the future, existing subscriptions are grandfathered for at least 12 months at the price you signed up at. We'll always give 30 days' notice before any change. Full terms in our Terms of Service.
