No catch. The Free plan is free forever for one user, with no time limit and no credit card required. It covers up to 20 active dealers with uncapped deals — plenty to run a solo territory — and Starter lifts the dealer cap to 100 when you outgrow it. We make money on the paid plans: solo operators using the Free plan are how we build word-of-mouth, and we'd rather have a million happy free users than a few paid users who feel squeezed.

Yes. Cancel from your account settings. Your access continues to the end of the current billing period; no refunds for partial periods, but no charges going forward either.

Yes. Every new account can start a free trial with no credit card required — preview Pro + AI for 7 days, or trial the plan you choose. When the trial ends, you simply continue on the Free plan unless you pick a paid plan.

Team and Team Pro are priced per user on a volume schedule — the more users on your plan, the lower the per-user rate, all the way down. When you add a user mid-cycle, we re-rate your whole plan to the new (lower) per-user price and charge a prorated amount for the rest of the billing period. When you remove a user, the change takes effect at your next renewal, so the plan simply re-rates then — no awkward partial credits. Past 24 users you stay self-serve at the 24-user rate — and if you have questions about a bigger rollout, talk to us.

If we change pricing in the future, existing subscriptions are grandfathered for at least 12 months at the price you signed up at. We'll always give 30 days' notice before any change. Full terms in our Terms.
