About

Built by people who've worked the territory.

Region Pilot exists because the tools regional sales managers were stuck using weren't built for them. We're fixing that.

Why We Built This

Region Pilot started with a frustration we kept seeing across industries: the regional sales manager — the person actually keeping a dealer network alive — was the most underserved user of every CRM on the market.

Salesforce was built for enterprise sales teams. HubSpot was built for inbound marketing. Pipedrive was built for individual reps closing deals. None of them really got the shape of the work a regional manager does — managing dozens or hundreds of independent dealers, planning routes by geography, building long-term relationships, balancing pipeline against territory health.

So nearly every regional manager we talked to was doing the work in Excel. With color-coding. And a notebook. And an inbox folder. And their memory.

I know this is messy, but it's faster than anything we ever bought.

That sentence, said a dozen different ways by a dozen different operators, is what Region Pilot exists to fix.

The Co-pilot, Not the Driver

Region Pilot is the second voice in the cab — knowledgeable, useful, never the one driving. The regional manager is still the one running the territory, building the relationships, making the call on what matters this week. Region Pilot is the Co-pilot riding along: remembering the small things, plotting the route, keeping the pipeline honest, so the operator can spend their time on the work that actually moves the number.

That metaphor is intentional. We are not an AI assistant that takes over the work. We are not a chat window that pretends to know your business better than you do. We make the operator better at their job — we don't try to replace them.

What We're Building Toward

A tool that feels obvious to the operator the moment they open it. A tool that knows what work the regional manager is actually doing — visiting dealers, tracking commitments, growing the network, hitting a number. A tool that does the boring parts (enrichment, route planning, pipeline math) so the operator can spend their time on the parts that matter (the relationship).

The product is built horizontally from day one. Whether you're selling outdoor products, doors, agricultural equipment, beverage distribution, or anything else through independent dealers — the work looks similar enough that one tool can serve all of you. Region Pilot lets you configure your own unit terminology, pipeline stages, and pricing assumptions, so it speaks your industry's language without us hardcoding any of it.

How We Operate

Pricing

Honest pricing

Free really means free. Paid tiers are priced for what they're worth, not what a sales team can extract. No surprise fees, no per-feature gotchas.

Product

Ship the useful

We build features that move the work forward, not features that look good in marketing slides. If a button doesn't earn its place on the screen, it doesn't go on the screen.

Trust

Respect your data

Your dealer relationships are your business — not data we sell, mine, or train models on without your permission. Always.

Region Pilot is operated by Borah Logistics LLC, an Alabama limited liability company. Reach us at support@regionpilot.com.
